The client undertakes to use the equipment supplied only for legal & lawful use. |

The Rent / lease is in the nature of operating Rent / lease. |

We Rent / lease only hardware and do not Rent / lease or supply any kind of operating system or software. No preloaded software will be given.

The company is only responsible for the equipment supplied and not for any Software related problems. SOFTWARE, INTERNET & VIRUS related problems would not be the company’s responsibility. If any equipment of RAC IT SOLUTIONS PVT.LTD is seized for piracy of software the client is responsible to pay the principle amount of the Computer.

We will not be responsible for any loss of data that may be caused due to hard disk failure or any other machine failure. The client is advised to take regular back ups to avoid loss of data.

|
All our machines will be maintained by us only. Only hardware related problems will be attended. Service Calls related to data, viruses or software will be charged extra. The Computer should not be shifted / opened / service for whatsoever reason by the customer without permission in writing from RAC. Any call logged as Hardware Call and found a software related call will be charged @ Rs.500/-. Loss caused to the system due to handling by unauthorized person will have to be compensated by the client immediately.

We reserve the right to take back our material without notice in the event of any breach of the terms & conditions as enumerated herein. In such event, it is understood that the customer shall not obstruct our entry in the premises for the said purpose during any working day.
