The origin of RENT-A-COMPUTER
Rent-A-Computer is a company born out of the recognition of a real need in a capital starved market that is in perennial requirement of constant upgrades in its equipment to keep up with the competition. Mr. Vipul Pandya, the proprietor of Rent-A-Computer, was, prior to the establishment of the company, involved in marketing and distribution of computer media products and peripherals as well as complete systems. During the course of that business it was found that there was a tremendous demand for computers on rent as the same was much more viable and cost effective. Hence Rent-A-Computer was set up in the year 1998, with the intention of providing the IT hardware requirements on rent at affordable prices.
